LOGAN — A single-vehicle rollover early Friday morning in Logan Canyon, US 89 sent four teenagers to the hospital with minor injuries.

Utah Highway Patrol Sgt. Jason Kendrick said the teenagers were traveling west in a white Nissan Maxima. Around milepost 473, near Logan Cave, the vehicle drifted onto the shoulder and then over-corrected, rolling once before coming to a stop.

All four teenagers were wearing their seat belts and were transported to Logan Regional Hospital by a passing motorist. All of them had just minor injuries.

Kendrick said the driver was not speeding and just appeared to misjudge the degree of the corner.

UHP and deputies with the Cache County Sheriff’s Office both reported to the accident that occurred around 1:20 p.m.
