LOGAN — A 19-year-old Trenton man made his first appearance in court on suspicion of sexting with an underage girl. Brayden M. Kersavage was arrested February 4 and booked into the Cache County Jail.
Kersavage was arraigned in 1st District Court Tuesday afternoon. He was charged with 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony. The charges all allegedly occurred in March 2019.
Judge Angela Fonnesbeck assigned Kersavage a public defender. She also ordered him to appear again in court later this month.
Kersavage is currently out of jail after posting bail. He could face up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
