LOGAN — Police are asking for the public’s help, locating a 30-year-old Logan man who has multiple arrest warrants and recently failed to appear in court.
Wednesday, the Logan City Police Department posted on their Facebook page that they were looking Colter J. Ricks. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and 205 pounds. He has brown hair, hazel eyes and a muscular build.
Ricks was scheduled to be arraigned in 1st District Court Monday morning. He was charged with two counts of unlawful use of a credit card, a third-degree felony; and three drug possession misdemeanors.
Ricks was not present but had called the court earlier in the morning to report he was feeling ill. Prosecutors asked for a warrant to be issued.
Judge Thomas Willmore agreed, he issued a no bail warrant for Rick’s arrest for failing to appear in court.
Police officers are asking anyone who knows Rick’s whereabouts to call law enforcement.
