Disney(LOS ANGELES) — Opening nationwide on Wednesday:
— Mary Poppins Returns — Emily Blunt plays the titular character, made famous by Julie Andrews in the classic 1964 Disney musical. This time, Blunt’s practically-perfect nanny Mary Poppins is back to help the next generation of the Banks family. Lin-Manuel Miranda, Ben Whishaw, Emily Mortimer, Julie Walters, Dick Van Dyke, Angela Lansbury, Colin Firth and Meryl Streep also star. Rated PG.
