Logan Regional Hospital has a new administrator and it is Kyle Hansen, who replaces Mike Clark. Clark, who served as Logan Regional’s administrator from June 2010 to January 2015 has started serving in his new role as administrator at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden.

In a press release, Timothy Pehrson, CEO of Intermountain Healthcare’s North Region, says he is confident that Kyle Hansen will work successfully with physicians and community partners to further Intermountain Healthcare’s mission to help people live the healthiest lives possible.

Hansen has 10 years of leadership experience in the health care industry. For the past four years he has served as an operations officer at McKay-Dee Hospital. Hansen has been instrumental in establishing a program there to have 24-hour obstetrician coverage for emergent and non-emergent obstetrics care, increasing safety and quality.

He also led the efforts to build a hybrid operating suite equipped with high-end imaging capabilities where specialized open-heart surgeries can be performed. Hansen says he is excited to serve as Logan Regional’s administrator and calls it, “an exceptional facility.”
