Not only was Kathy Bingham one of six candidates chosen to be on the final ballot for Hyrum City Council, Bingham was also the candidate with the most votes in Tuesday’s primary election.
Other successful candidates were Aaron Woolstenhulme, Steve Adams, Martin Felix, Michelle Jensen and Craig Rasmussen. Two other candidates were eliminated from the contest: Dustin Cefalo and Michael Moore.
A total of 541 voters mailed in their ballots, representing a 15% voter turnout. The unofficial vote tallies are as follows:
