March 19, 1944 – January 7, 2020 – (age 75)

I was born in Logan, Utah on March 19, 1944 to Carmen B. Bullock and Helen Baugh. I died unexpectedly on January 7, 2020 at Logan Regional Hospital. I was raised in Providence, Utah and have many fond memories of time spent in Providence Canyon and the surrounding area. I enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and served for four years (during the Vietnam war) until I was honorably discharged.

After being released from the military, I met the love of my life, Carmen Hoxsie. We were married in Providence, Utah on February 25, 1966. We were sealed later in the Mesa Arizona Temple. We were blessed with five wonderful children and twenty-one grandchildren. We also have eight great-grandchildren.

We’ve lived in several states, but our home and ranch in Benson, Utah holds our dearest memories. We raised cattle and mink together as a family and we all enjoyed working and playing together.

I have always enjoyed deer, elk, antelope, buffalo and moose hunting in Utah, Canada, Wyoming and Antelope Island. I graduated from Refrigerating and Heating school from Utah Technical College in Salt Lake City. I also attended Utah State University. I spent many years working in the refrigeration field. My last and favorite job was working as a Boiler Inspector for the State of Utah.

I am survived by my wife, Carmen Bullock, all five of my children; Suzette Marie Ricks (Harold Dee, deceased), Melissa Ann Bullock, April Jean Skeem, Travis Richard Bullock (Christina), Jamie Lynn Mahony (Matthew), my two sisters; Sherma Riggs (Evan) and Pam Brown (Norm, deceased).

Condolences and memories may be shared with the family at allenmortuaries.net
